The ability to read will change the WORLD for your child. It is a joy for me to work with struggling readers and to empower them to become confident and successful learners. This doesn't happen by chance. It takes intention, a customized structured literacy plan, an environment of trust and security, and daily practice with constructive and effective feedback. It is my goal to make this type of online reading intervention interactive, fun, and confidence-boosting!

I am a Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist, and I live in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Gary and I have been married 34 years and we have three grown sons (31, 30, and 22), and two son pups. 

I'm an experienced classroom teacher with a passion to empower children to become skilled readers so they will feel inspired to learn about all that interests them. 

If I'm not teaching or creating a new course for struggling readers, you’ll catch me with a headset on listening to music as I work on house improvement projects, or scouring the internet for the best dyslexia tools, or biking with Toby in my basket before you’ll catch me on the couch watching TV!
